Tim CrokeMANAGING DIRECTOR (Advice)
Co-founder and Financial Adviser at FORTEM Group, Tim holds a degree in Marketing and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). With a strong background in wealth management within corporate and commercial banking teams in Melbourne and regional Victoria, Tim has spent the majority of his career providing tailored advice solutions to business owners and successful professionals. Tim specialises in advice relating to investments, superannuation (including SMSFs), retirement planning and personal insurance.
Gerard HoranDirector (Finance)
A FORTEM Group co-founder, Gerard has extensive experience in personal and commercial lending within the business and corporate banking sectors. Gerard’s in-depth knowledge of finance processes and the banking system, honed over many years working as a relationship manager for the major banks, enables him to expertly guide his clients through the increasingly complex Australian lending environment. Whether it’s equipment finance, debt strategy or commercial lending Gerard can provide advice and support to ensure clients have the very best facility for their needs.
Lisa WillsDirector (Business Solutions)
A director and co-founder of FORTEM Group, Lisa has over 15 years’ experience in business management and accounting. Lisa began her career as a bookkeeper, completing a Bachelor of Business and becoming a Chartered Accountant whilst working in public practice for WHK Horwath in Melbourne. Prior to establishing FORTEM Group, Lisa worked as CFO and Executive Director of a large civil and mining construction company, leading a team of six and controlling all facets of group reporting, finance and cashflow management. Lisa’s senior industry experience ideally positions her to provide clients with specialist advice on strategic business planning and structures that drive ‘real world’ outcomes for the modern business owner.
Ashlee MudgeClient Services Manager (Advice)
Ashlee has been working in the Financial Industry since 2009. During her career she has occupied various roles including client support, engagement and specialty roles. Spending time with clients to fully understand their goals, objectives and requirements enables her to provide high quality service and build strong professional relationships.
Josh McKeeFinance Broker (Finance)
Josh is a qualified mortgage and finance broker experienced in consumer, small business and asset finance lending. With a background in customer service and client management roles for Bendigo Bank, Josh spent time working in foreign exchange before moving into broking and joining FORTEM Group in 2017. Josh is able to provide advice to clients on a wide range of products and specialises in commercial debt and asset finance transactions for small business owners.
Tahlia HolmbergAdmin & Marketing Manager (Group)
Tahlia oversees bookkeeping, accounts and administration support for all FORTEM Group clients. Tahlia has a strong background in accounts payable and receivable. Prior to joining FORTEM Group she was responsible for the administration of up to 600 supplier accounts and account reconciliations. With a Certificate III in Business Administration and a great eye for detail Tahlia delivers exceptional service and support.
Kristy MouldayAccountant (Business Solutions)
Kristy is a qualified CPA and Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Specialist Advisor. Growing up in regional Victoria, Kristy was keen to return to the country after completing her Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) in Melbourne. Kristy has 15 years public practice experience, specialising in business services and SMSFs. Kristy joined FORTEM Group in 2017 where she provides clients with professional support with ATO compliance, reporting, SMSFs and other ongoing business needs.
Jessica FyffeADMIN & MARKETING MANAGER (GROUP)
Jessica has a Certificate II in Business and over ten years’ experience in administration and executive assistance roles in accountancy firms in regional Victoria and Melbourne. Jessica joined FORTEM Group in 2017 and oversees bookkeeping, corporate secretarial, accounts and administration support for all FORTEM Group clients.
Taylah NicholsonADMINISTRATION (GROUP)
Taylah joined FORTEM Group in 2019. With a Certificate III in Business and over 2.5 years’ experience in a vast variety of administration tasks, she is an asset to our group. Taylah is the first point of contact when clients visit or call our Bendigo office. She handles our secretarial requirements, manages our database and ensures our clients receive the very best professional service and feel welcome the minute they walk in.
